Guoyue Molds independently develops a specialized automatic extrusion line for PA66GF25 thermal break strips, featuring stable operation, high production capacity, and strong compatibility with multi-specification product needs.
Extrusion molding (plasticizing extrusion) is a core precision process: thermoplastic materials are melted and homogenized under controlled temperature and pressure, then extruded through custom dies to form products with preset cross-sections, tight tolerances, and consistent surface quality.
As the extrusion system's core component, the mold directly determines the PA strip's cross-sectional structure, dimensional precision (±0.02mm), and surface finish (Ra≤0.8μm). These strips serve as key thermal insulation and structural reinforcement parts for high-performance aluminum doors, windows, and curtain walls in commercial and residential projects.
We provide custom complex-shaped PA66GF25 extrusion molds based on customer drawings/samples. Manufactured via precision wire-cut EDM machining (tolerance ±0.05mm), the molds accurately replicate special-shaped structures for high-end aluminum alloy applications. Engineered exclusively for tailoring nylon (PA66GF25) insulation strips dedicated to door and window systems, this mold adopts a sophisticated configuration comprising cold plates, hot plates, 45# steel mold plates, and synchronous gear transmission mechanisms. Each core component is meticulously optimized: cold and hot plates enable precise temperature regulation during the molding process, 45# steel mold plates deliver exceptional rigidity and wear resistance for prolonged service life, while synchronous gear transmission mechanisms ensure stable, backlash-free motion—seamlessly aligning with the high-volume, high-precision production requirements of nylon insulation strips.

Cooling plate

The cold plate is the functional core of the entire mold, processed and manufactured using Taiwan Qinghong high-precision wire cutting equipment. The dimensional accuracy of the mold cavity is strictly controlled within ± 0.05 millimeters. The ultra-high machining accuracy directly determines the cross-sectional dimension tolerance and mold cavity consistency of the insulation strip. It not only ensures that the size deviation of each insulation strip in mass production is stable within the industry-leading product range, but also avoids the problem of insulation strip assembly mismatch caused by cavity errors, greatly reducing the defect rate of finished products.

Heating plate

The hot plate module of the mold is shown in the picture, and the entire process is completed through CNC machining center for milling, precision grinding and other processes, with a surface smoothness of Ra1.6 μ m or above. The hot plate has the function of uniformly controlling the temperature during the mold working process: excellent surface smoothness can reduce the risk of adhesion between nylon material and the board surface, ensuring that the surface of the insulation strip after demolding is smooth and flawless; At the same time, the high-precision surface of CNC machining can make the temperature distribution in the temperature control area more uniform, avoiding defects in the formation of insulation strips caused by local temperature differences.

45 steel module

This is the 45 steel forming component of the mold, which is also precision machined through a CNC machining center. After quenching and tempering treatment, the hardness of 45 steel material can reach HRC28-32, with excellent wear resistance and deformation resistance; Combined with high-precision machining of the cavity structure, it can adapt to high-strength and high-frequency batch production needs, and can stably support the daily output of insulation strips at the level of tens of thousands of pieces, effectively extending the stable service life of the mold and reducing equipment maintenance costs for long-term production.

Synchronous gear transmission components
