Guoyue Molds independently develops a specialized automatic extrusion line for PA66GF25 thermal break strips, featuring stable operation, high production capacity, and strong compatibility with multi-specification product needs.
Extrusion molding (plasticizing extrusion) is a core precision process: thermoplastic materials are melted and homogenized under controlled temperature and pressure, then extruded through custom dies to form products with preset cross-sections, tight tolerances, and consistent surface quality.
As the extrusion system's core component, the mold directly determines the PA strip's cross-sectional structure, dimensional precision (±0.02mm), and surface finish (Ra≤0.8μm). These strips serve as key thermal insulation and structural reinforcement parts for high-performance aluminum doors, windows, and curtain walls in commercial and residential projects.
We provide custom complex-shaped PA66GF25 extrusion molds based on customer drawings/samples. Manufactured via precision wire-cut EDM machining (tolerance ±0.05mm), the molds accurately replicate special-shaped structures for high-end aluminum alloy applications. The cold plate is the functional core of the entire mold, processed and manufactured using Taiwan Qinghong high-precision wire cutting equipment. The dimensional accuracy of the mold cavity is strictly controlled within ± 0.05 millimeters. The ultra-high machining accuracy directly determines the cross-sectional dimension tolerance and mold cavity consistency of the insulation strip. The hot plate module of the mold is shown in the picture, and the entire process is completed through CNC machining center for milling, precision grinding and other processes, with a surface smoothness of Ra1.6 μ m or above.
