Mold Introduction
This mold is specifically designed for customizing nylon insulation strips for doors and windows. The entire device consists of cold plates, hot plates, 45 steel templates, and synchronous gear transmission components, precisely matching the batch and high-quality production needs of nylon insulation strips.

Cooling plate
The cold plate is the functional core of the entire mold, processed and manufactured using Taiwan Qinghong high-precision wire cutting equipment. The dimensional accuracy of the mold cavity is strictly controlled within ± 0.05 millimeters. The ultra-high machining accuracy directly determines the cross-sectional dimension tolerance and mold cavity consistency of the insulation strip. It not only ensures that the size deviation of each insulation strip in mass production is stable within the industry-leading product range, but also avoids the problem of insulation strip assembly mismatch caused by cavity errors, greatly reducing the defect rate of finished products.

Heating plate
The hot plate module of the mold is shown in the picture, and the entire process is completed through CNC machining center for milling, precision grinding and other processes, with a surface smoothness of Ra1.6 μ m or above. The hot plate has the function of uniformly controlling the temperature during the mold working process: excellent surface smoothness can reduce the risk of adhesion between nylon material and the board surface, ensuring that the surface of the insulation strip after demolding is smooth and flawless; At the same time, the high-precision surface of CNC machining can make the temperature distribution in the temperature control area more uniform, avoiding defects in the formation of insulation strips caused by local temperature differences.

45 steel module
This is the 45 steel forming component of the mold, which is also precision machined through a CNC machining center. After quenching and tempering treatment, the hardness of 45 steel material can reach HRC28-32, with excellent wear resistance and deformation resistance; Combined with high-precision machining of the cavity structure, it can adapt to high-strength and high-frequency batch production needs, and can stably support the daily output of insulation strips at the level of tens of thousands of pieces, effectively extending the stable service life of the mold and reducing equipment maintenance costs for long-term production.

Synchronous gear transmission components
The synchronous gear transmission component of the mold is shown in the picture, which is a key structure to ensure the synchronization of insulation strip production.
